A big loving heart that wants to give and gush all the time is a great asset.
There is nothing wrong with having this overwhelming desire to send out healing energy to the world and to loved ones everywhere. These gushing fountains are talented healers who want to be healing everyone and everything and have the capacity to actually do this feat.
Sometimes the big heart is seen as an invader, unwanted and somehow dangerous.
And it makes sense.
When the giver is unable to receive, the balance is tipped and unappealing.
There must be an equal back and forth for the love to be real.
The path of the loving person who cannot receive is to turn and aim for themselves.
To shoot this beam of wild unconditional love at themselves.
They want to be loving all the time.
So when I allow my heart to be just as loving as it wants to be,
Open and bright and caring!
And keep the beam aimed at myself-
It's warm and delicious and all for me!
Then the shine of my wholeness is healing for others,
And as my wholeness overflows.
This is the richest food for everyone around me,
Nothing is more nourishing!
Because then my energy is charged with all the nutrients a person needs to be whole instead of being charged with emptiness, despair, and want.
