I think the main thing is to recognize the injury has a life of its own. It arrives, it teaches, it leaves. When I have heard its message, it will go. You are not needing to be with it any longer than this.
You have the power to dismiss it in a moment when you show it again the message, what you have learned, it must go away. Are you having difficulty with this?
I think things will stay in place for you if you open honestly to the teaching you’ve received. When this is integrated you will be free again. Understand?"
