I created this deck while sitting with my son on Zoom. He and I attended the third grade virtually, together, during the global pandemic. I was so inspired by the teachers, how hard they worked, how dedicated they were, how much energy they invested in this whole project which was thrown at them. I had to offer my appreciation. I was truly so grateful, and wanting to offer encouragement, I made these cards. One design a week, and I would print thirty six copies, and take them to the school. I would stand outside and wear my mask, hand them over to an office person with their mask on.
